1. Instrument application system:

Can thoroughly and safely clean various microwave digestion tanks used in trace analysis, such as PFA, PTFE, or quartz tanks. Even for trace cleaning of beakers, volumetric flasks, ICP spray chambers and torches, etc. The entire process is automated: firstly, pre-washing with ultrapure water, automatic ultra-boiling acid steam cleaning, then automatic ultrapure water rinsing, and finally automatic hot air drying. It also has the advantages of less acid consumption, short cleaning time and high efficiency, and acid vapor ultra-clean cleaning under airtight conditions to prevent laboratory contamination.

3. Technical parameters:

3.1 All-in-one machine, all processes are automated: first, automatic ultra-pure cleaning, then ultra-boiling acid rinse, ultra-pure water cleaning again, and finally automatic hot air drying. The dried utensils are kept clean in the cleaning chamber and can be used directly at any time.

3.2 Cleaning ability: ≥40 55mL microwave digestion inner tubes can be cleaned at one time; a hollow steam guide tube is used, and there are multiple rows of steam jet holes around to ensure the best cleaning effect. Optional custom made 285mm cleaning rack.

3.3 All parts in contact with the reagents are made of PTFE, which is resistant to concentrated nitric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated HF, and aqua regia above 120°C;

3.4 PTC self-controlled temperature heater, the temperature is continuously adjustable (±0.1℃);

3.5 The temperature probe detects the actual temperature of the acid solution to ensure that the entire cleaning process is carried out in an "overboiling" state, ensuring sufficient purity of the acid vapor and greatly improving the cleaning effect.

3.6 Control terminal: more than 7 inches color touch screen, and has English operation interface.

3.7 With Wifi remote control function (optional), the instrument can be operated remotely through the Internet, which ensures the safe and normal operation of the system under unattended conditions.
